SimpleAlert Crypto – Privacy Policy

SimpleAlert Crypto, published by InforConsult, explains in this policy what data is collected, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and your rights under GDPR / UK-GDPR, the App Store rules and Google AdMob requirements.
1. Data We Collect
- User account: email address and display name via Firebase Authentication.
- Portfolio: assets followed, alert thresholds and preferences.
- Push notifications: FCM token, platform and device information.
- Technical diagnostics: minimal logs (no profiling).
- Advertising data (Google AdMob): IDFA, anonymized IP, device info, ad interactions, diagnostics.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide the service: portfolio sync and alert management.
- Push notifications: sending configured alerts.
- Security: preventing fraud and ensuring reliability.
- Ads: showing personalized or non-personalized ads via Google AdMob depending on consent.
3. Consent (GDPR / UK-GDPR)
The App displays a Google-certified consent message (CMP – User Messaging Platform) when required. You can accept or decline personalized ads, and modify your choice at any time.
4. Legal Basis
- Contract: operation of the App and data synchronization.
- Consent: personalized ads, IDFA, push notifications.
- Legitimate interest: security and stability.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Trusted processors include:
- Google Firebase: Auth, Firestore, FCM, Cloud Functions.
- Google AdMob: advertising services following GDPR and TCF v2.2.
- CoinGecko: market data. No personal information transmitted.
6. Data Retention
Account data is kept while the account remains active. FCM tokens are removed on logout. Ads-related data follows Google’s retention rules.
7. Security
We use TLS/HTTPS, Firebase Security Rules and strict access controls.
8. International Transfers
Firebase and AdMob may process data in the EU and the US. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Children
The App is not intended for users under 13.
10. Your Rights
You have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and restriction. Contact us to exercise them.
11. Privacy Choices
- Ad consent: can be modified in the App.
- Notifications: managed from iOS Settings → Notifications.
- Account deletion: from the App or by request.
